Shipping policy

We at Skaf Express strive to get your package to you as soon as possible. We do our best to ship out next business day.

Please note, for any order, we, Skaf Express, may choose to require signature on delivery.

Pre-Orders and Back-Orders:

For orders that have in-stock items with pre-order items or back-order items together, we will ship out once all stock becomes available. We will also contact you when we notice you have a mix of availability in your order to decide what best to do.

Unable to Fulfill:

In cases where we are unable to fulfil all of your order, we will contact you and come to a decision if you would still like to proceed with your order. If you have free shipping status, you will keep it regardless of what the order size may shrink to.

Discounted and Free Canadian Shipping Eligibility:

Discounted shipping is available for $300 orders and free shipping is available for $500 orders for most of Canada. All orders will be next business day.

For remote regions and for any regions within Territories, there will be additional shipping fees sent to your email after purchase. Once shipping fees are agreed upon and purchased, we will continue with the processing of your order.

Thunder Bay Area Delivery:

We are sorry, at this time we are not offering delivery but are happy to provide fast Canada post shipping or in store pickup for your order.

Thunder Bay Area Pickup:

In store pickup is eligible for all orders at check out. Orders can be picked up after noon on the next business day you placed your order or earlier if you receive a notification. Pickup location is in store at Let's Play! Cards and Games!, 470 Hodder Avenue, Thunder Bay, Ontario, P7A 7X5. Hours are 11am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday, Closed Sunday and closed Holidays. Special Requests and Product Questions

Any special requests for shipping or special requests on items items must be made and confirmed with staff BEFORE purchase. Un-confirmed requests may not be honoured. If refund option is available for these items, it will be at customer's expense for shipping plus 10% restock fee. Again, some items are not allowed to be returned under our policy. This is likewise for general questions about products. The onus is on the customer to make sure their question about an item is answered BEFORE purchase. Missing Parcels after Delivery Confirmation

If any parcels or packages are missing after delivery confirmation by courier, we will insure up to $100 dollars of your invoice if courier cannot find the parcel(s) after a ticket with them is made. If more insurance is desired, customer must contact and confirm with us before checking out their order.  We can be reached during normal business hours at 807-683-3943 or sales@skafexpress.ca.

Remote Communities and Territories

While we do offer shipping to remote communities within Canada and abroad, as well as the Canadian Territories, there will be an additional fee we have to charge to provide that service. After placing an order to a remote community, one of our staff members will contact you about any additional fees required to ship to your remote location. If the fees are unsatisfactory to you, we can cancel the order with no penalty whatsoever. Please note, we will not charge your card until after you confirm you are satisfied with the extra shipping fees to your remote location and have paid for them.
